Zadeno trio is an Italian multi-award winning Jazz trio born in 2014 in the Netherlands.

The trio, under the guidance of the young and talented Neapolitan saxophonist, clarinetist, arranger, and composer Claudio Jr De Rosa, is completed by Alessio Bruno on double bass and Jacopo Zanette on the drums.

The repertoire of Zadeno Trio is made by compositions written by all the members, creating a unique and personal sound, achieved by performing more than 100 gigs in important festival and clubs in Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Romania, and Poland.

Zadeno Trio is also the winner of several international jazz competition: “European Jazz Contest 2017”, “Fara Sabina Jazz Festival 2015”, “Barga Jazz Contest”, Jazz by the Pool 2014”.

Zadeno Trio released its first CD, titled “Holes in the Ground”, in February 2016 with “Emme Record Label”. This record, which has been positively received and judged by jazz critiques in Italy and the Netherlands, has been presented during 2016 and 2017 in more than 50 events all around Europe.

In November 2017 Zadeno Trio won the “European Jazz Contest” in Rome and, in December, was the only Italian band selected for the International showcase “Hitch on Music Exchange” in Krakow, Poland.

Zadeno Trio is releasing its 2nd Album in April 2018.

Claudio Jr De Rosa


Claudio Jr De Rosa (1992) is an upcoming jazz musician in the European Scene. Saxophonist, composer and arranger, he is the winner of several National and International competitions, both as soloist, band member and arranger/composer.
Based in the Netherlands, De Rosa has performed in festivals, theaters and jazz clubs around Europe and in Taiwan; he is the leader of several musical projects between Italy and the Netherlands. 

After the great success obtained with Zadeno Trio’s “Holes in the Ground”, in May 2017 De Rosa released “Groovin’ Up!”, his first recording under his name, and was inserted in the list of Top 10 Italian Emerging Jazz Artists of 2017.

Classical and jazz musician, after getting the degree at the conservatory of Modena (Italy), Alessio Bruno continues his studies at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague and Codarts in Rotterdam where he completed a musical path that varies from chamber music to contemporary jazz. He won many scholarships: Umbria jazz 2005, Sant’Anna Arresi 2007, and jazz competitions: Conad jazz 2013 with the trio ”Slanting Dots”, Tuscia in Jazz 2013 with”Joe midnights space trio”, “Jazz by the pool 2014”, “Fara Jazz 2015” and “Barga Jazz 2015” with Zadeno trio. He performed in many jazz clubs and festivals in Europe such as “Umbria jazz winter”, “Varsavia Jazz festival”, “North sea jazz festival”. In 2013 the first records of “Slanting Dots” was released on the label “Nau Records” in Milan. He played and collaborate in different ensembles and context, with several great musicians like Ben van den Dungen, Rob van Kreveld, Erik Ineke, Paolo Orti, Ivan Valentini, Luca Aquino, Gerardo Rosales and many others. Nowadays he is part of several projects that bring him regularly on the road in many countries across Europe

Jacopo Zanette


Jacopo Zanette (1989), drummer, composer, teacher. In 2013 he completed his Bachelor degree in jazz drums and percussions at Kaerntnerlandeskonservatorium of Klagenfurt, Austria, with laude. At the same school he finished the IGP degree (International teaching diploma). Until 2015 he attended and completed his master at the Koninklijk Conservatorium in Den Haag, the Netherlands. In 2016 he was assistant teacher in Jazz Percussions at the Ionian University in Corfu, Greece.

He mostly performs in Italy, Austria and the Netherlands, constantly touring and collaborating as well with Radio Rai and the National Austrian radio. During his career, he had the opportunity to perform with musicians such as, to name a few, Rob Bargad, Daniel Noesig, Juraj Stanik, Karen Asatrian. He recorded several CDs with different projects, feeling at home in several music genres: pop, jazz, children music, big band.

Currently, mainly based in Italy, he is active member of Zadeno Trio, David Binderberger Quartet, Federico Missio Trio, Bruno Cesselli Trio, DL. DL.
